Programmes

Erasmus Programme

The Erasmus Program allows students enrolled at certain European foreign universities, with which ESNE has signed a cooperation agreement, to study at this University. The exchange may last from one semester to an entire academic year, depending on the terms and conditions of the agreement. Subsequently, the home university will provide students with official recognition of the studies undertaken at ESNE.

Erasmus programmes are managed by virtue of the agreements established by the Universidad Camilo José Cela.

Bilateral Programme

The bilateral programme allows students enrolled at certain Non-European foreign universities with which ESNE has signed a cooperation agreement, to study at this University. The exchange may last from one semester to an entire academic year, depending on the terms and conditions of the agreement. Subsequently, the home university will provide students with official recognition of the studies undertaken at ESNE.

NOTE: some bilateral exchanges stipulate partial or full payment of ESNE fees, as well as pre-registration costs. Students who are interested in coming to ESNE via a bilateral agreement will need to ask for information about the financial terms for cooperation that their home university has agreed with ESNE. The price per academic credit for each subject is set out depending on the degree programme being taught.

Free Movers Programme

ESNE’s Free Movers programme is open to all students who want to undertake studies over one semester or an entire academic year in an ESNE degree.

In this case, it will not be necessary to have signed any institutional agreements with another university. Students will have to pay the full price per credit for the subjects they would like to take at ESNE (this price differs depending on the degree programme). Visiting students have the right to receive a certificate containing their marks for the subjects they took at ESNE; but it will not be, by any means, a degree awarded by this university.

HND Progression Pathway

ESNE has defined a protocol which regulates the conditions and procedures of a progression pathway for students who wish to study a BA after completing a BTEC HND. The admissions process is an individual procedure and must be initiated by the applicant themself.

The student must have completed their BTEC HND programme and have got the degree. The future student must have obtained the required UNED credential in order to be admitted to the Official BA programmes.

The first step in the enrolment process is applying for a Credit Recognition Evaluation. The student must apply for it through ESNE website or through the articulated process. These documents will be required:

  • Photocopy of valid DNI, NIE or Passport.
  • Application form for Credit Recognition.
  • Original or verified photocopy of the BTEC HND, including the Notification of Performance (NOP).
  • Original or verified photocopy of the access credential issued by UNED with positive resolution.
  • If the student has completed his programme but has not received his degree yet, and therefore not applied for his UNED credential, he will need to provide the original transcript of records issued by the centre, with detailed information on the passed BTEC HND units and the grades achieved. Enrolment will be subject to delivering the corresponding BTEC HND, Notification of Performance and UNED Access Credential.
