Our Master in User Experience is the best way to adquire a profesional qualification in one of the most sought disciplines within the industry of digital content and usability. ESNE and Telefónica I + D, a pioneer company with user experience teams, have jointly developed the structure and program of the Master, with which it seeks to respond to the growing demand for specific trained professionals in UX.

Expected students are, primarily, designers and product and market researchers, as well as engineers, computer or marketers. With an innovative and practical methodology that encourages active participation (learning by doing), multidisciplinary teams have been created by mixing different profiles, in order to develop a common project in user experience from different professional perspectives.

In this sense, we offer two cutting-edge technology workspaces (labs) where students can work on their projects: the User Experience Lab Telefonica and CEEIC- Entrepreneurship and Employment Center for Creative Industries ESNE.

MASTER: Master in User Experience for Product Design and Digital Services

ACADEMIC TYPE: Presential with the possibility of providing some modules in blended format
CREDITS: 60 ECTS
SCHEDULE:Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in the afternoon (always compatible with professional activity)
DURATION: 10 months. October to July
PLACE: ESNE (Avda Alfonso XIII, 97; Madrid) and specific classes UX LAB Telefónica I + D (Gran Vía, 28; Madrid)
